Seawork processing is actually proposing a new product called Moulded loins. The Moulded loins is a Hake based product proposed by Seawork for its clients. The moulded loins are actually offered in different parts of Europe and due to the increase in demand, Seawork would like to increase its transactions to other part of the world such as USA, Canada or Asia.
The moulded loins is basically about 500gms which can be glazed (for additional protection and a longer time conservation) according to the client's will. As we can also pack in client's packaging, moulded loins can be exported directly to the client which does not have to spend more time on packaging.
