For summer time everyone wants to consume fresh light foods so as to keep us trim and fit in our bikinis during the forthcoming months. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommended seafood as the ideal summer dish rather than hot dogs or burgers.
It’s a quite easy recommendation as seafood consists of a huge variety of marine animals. Seafood is filled up with two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids, which reduces risk of arrhythmias, heart attacks, blood clots and strokes and also lower the triglycerides. Thanks to a great variety of cultures, there are many dishes that can be created from seafood. Most seafood do not require long time to cook as most of the marine animals flesh are soft and has different structure when compared to land living creatures.
For summer time, fish is mostly appreciated when grilled with a lemon juice and some spices.
Some seafood recipes are:
ü Batter fish and chips accompanied with salad.
ü A traditional Peruvian dish server with spicy sauce.
ü Fish curry serve with rice.
ü Fish cooked in citrus juices such as lime, lemon and orange.
