The dieteticien tips are as follows:
            I.        Eat lots of nutrients rich in fibers such as nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
           II.        Eat seafood twice a week as these are good in protein, omega-3 fatty acid and it helps to reduce triglycerides.
          III.        Avoid red meat consumption instead eat yoghurts, eggs and cheese.
          IV.        Add olive oil instead of butter to your daily cooking as olive oil is a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids.
          V.        Enjoy your meal by having it with friends and family so as to maintain your emotional self-esteem and boost good eating habit.
         VI.        Add flavor to your food by including herbs and spices as it is a healthy way to include taste to menus.
        VII.        Include for dessert fresh seasonal fruits such as mangoes, watermelons or pineapples as these are wise and healthy choices. Try to avoid rich in calories desserts such as pudding, chocolate cakes.
